I think I can speak for all of us that, after reading the letters, we thought it’d be very hard if not impossible to get our loved one to accept the help that day - given her reaction. Yet you just kept at it, calm and composed, until a wall after wall crumbled and she was able to say yes. It was remarkable to witness. Kudos to you!
