Gianna was worth her weight in gold. I cannot recommend her enough. I had received her name as a recommendation from someone else, and I came to our first phone call desperate and uncertain of how to move forward with help for my mom. From that first call, Gianna was warm, kind, and professional, and she remained that way throughout our whole time working together. She handled everything with excellence.
