My "intervention" wasn't anywhere near how this intervention was. Now, I can look back and say mine was not an intervention. You are amazing and so was/is this process. Had we not had your guidance, I don't believe it would have been so successful!!
Start with the situation as it is.
You do not need to know whether your family needs intervention, coaching, treatment navigation, or long-term support before reaching out. That is part of the work.
